- Currency: All prices displayed on our website are in Swiss Francs (CHF), unless otherwise stated.
- Secure Payment: We guarantee 100% secure payments for all transactions.
- Price Changes: FOLLOS DESIGN reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Free Delivery: We offer FREE and secure delivery to your home for our eligible products (Livraison GRATUITE).
- Installation: Installation by our team is available as part of our service commitments.

5. Product Characteristics
- Natural Materials: We work exclusively with high-quality, aged wood (Chêne Centenaire). Because of the natural characteristics of the wood (patina, traces of life, and natural grain), every table is unique.
- Variations: Slight variations in color, texture, or dimensions compared to website photographs are normal and do not constitute a defect.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Because our products are often custom-made (sur-mesure) to your specific requirements, standard return policies may not apply to customized items unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.
